My autopay request was not executed on time

Please Note:

1. It takes upto 6 weeks depending on the biller to activate autopay for that particular biller once you place an autopay request for the 1st time or modify an existing autopay request. If due date of your upcoming bill is within 6 weeks, please make the bill payment manually for the the current cycle. From next billing cycle onwards, autopay will be executed automatically.

2. All your autopay bills will be paid 4 days prior to due date mentioned by your biller. Please make sure you have sufficient balance in your account or available limit on your credit card 4 days prior to the due date.

3. If your autopay is active and still was not executed on time, we request you to call our 24x7 helpline and raise a query.
